Hurricane Harvey Hits Houston

HPHC is mobilizing during Hurricane Harvey!

"Do not fear, for I have redeemed you; I have summoned you by name; you are mine. When you pass through the waters, I will be with you." Isaiah 43:1-2

As Hurricane Harvey devasted the Houston area, our prayers are with all the pregnant women and babies in the Fifth Ward and the Third Ward who did not have the resources to prepare for this horrible storm. As a ministry, we prepared to take aide, resources and the love of Jesus to women and babies in shelters.

On Monday, we activated the medical mobile unit. We were able to provide diapers, baby blankets and resources to displaced mothers in local shelters. This was possible because you have been faithful in your support of HPHC.

Our work, however, has only begun. Join us in our relief efforts by supporting in the following ways:

1) Prayer. Nothing would be possible without God. May God gives us the strength to overcome the obstacles left behind by the flood. Because of His Grace we have the abundance needed to give to those in need.

2) Funding. We also need funding for resources. The medical mobile unit wants to move through different shelters providing needed items for families with babies. We need to keep our resources stocked and the mobile unit moving. You can help do this by donating today!  Text "HPHC" to 77977 or click the button to donate:

3.) Volunteers. to keep mobilized! If you know anyone who would like to volunteer, contact sylvia@houstonpregnancy.org.
